This is the privacy policy for the apps and games operated by ROOTFORGE LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Lynn Haven, Florida (Rootforge). It covers Rootforge Explorer, Rootforge Speed Test, Rootforge Arcade, and other Rootforge apps.
No account
These apps do not require an account or sign-in. They do not ask you to create a profile or provide a name, email address, or password to use them.
No advertising or sale of data
Rootforge apps do not use advertising SDKs. Rootforge does not sell personal information or analytics.
Data on your device
The apps do not collect personal data beyond what is needed to function. Any data they keep, such as settings or recent results, stays on your device.
Network use
If an app uses the network — for example, a speed test — network and technical data such as your IP address may be visible to the endpoint provider under that provider’s own practices.
Rootforge Explorer
Rootforge Explorer does not collect personal data. It does not require an account, and it does not send personal information to ROOTFORGE LLC.
Rootforge Speed Test
Rootforge Speed Test measures a connection using Cloudflare’s public speed-test endpoints. Test traffic goes to those endpoints so download, upload, and latency can be measured on the device. Cloudflare operates the endpoints, and technical data such as an IP address may be visible to Cloudflare under Cloudflare’s own practices. The app does not use an advertising SDK, does not sell analytics or personal information, and does not keep an account database or cloud profile. Recent results stay on the device. Those facts are also stated on the Rootforge Speed Test privacy policy.
